This is an aluminum extrusion heatsink housing body with aluminum die casting end cap. It used for battery heat spreader assembling. The material for extrusion is AL6063 and ADC12 for end cap.
We mainly provide OEM service according to customers' drawing. But if you don't need customization, we also have some exist tooling for your reference.
This battery box is black powder coating. Regarding surface treatment, we can powder coating many colors. Besides powder coating, we also can do painting, anodizing, passivation according to your requirement.
