This is a module heat pipe heat sink. The material is aluminum AL6063 and copper Cu1100. The heat pipe is nickel plated.

We mainly provide OEM service according to customers' drawing. But if you don't need customization, we also have some exist tooling for your reference.

This heat sink is plating. Regarding surface treatment, we can anodized many colors, powder coating, painting and so on according to your requirement.
